Daiva Beauty ("we", "us") is a permanent makeup clinic located in Parramatta NSW, Australia. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you book an appointment or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, appointment details, payment and deposit information (processed securely by Square — we do not store your card details), and health information relevant to your treatment, such as allergies, skin conditions, or medications, which you provide in your consultation form.

How we use it

We use your information to manage bookings and deposits, send appointment confirmations and reminders, assess whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you, keep required treatment records, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with service providers needed to run our business (such as Square for bookings and payments), or where required by law.

Photos

We only publish before/after photos of your treatment on our website or social media with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.

Storage and security

Booking and payment information is stored by Square in accordance with its own privacy policy. Treatment records are kept securely for the period required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing daivabeautycenter@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
